Regional Maintenance Director

Apply Now We are looking for a Regional Maintenance Director (RMD) who will be the on-the-ground execution leader responsible for the day-to-day operational health of plant operations across our communities within a defined geographic territory. You report directly to the Director of Plant Operations and serve as the direct operational between enterprise standards and community-level execution. This is a field-based, high-accountability role. You are in communities regularly — conducting site visits, supporting on-site Maintenance Directors, solving escalations, and ensuring standards are met on the ground. Unlike the Director of Plant Operations — who drives enterprise strategy, capital planning, and team architecture — the RMD is the tactical field leader.
