🧱 Pavers, Stone & Brick Veneer — Free Quotes — Peoria & NW Valley

🏡 A BETTER ST 1 COMPANY, INC. Family owned and operated, over 20 years in the business. 📞 Call or text Art 602-291-4777 · Free estimates, no obligation 🌐 azst 1 veneer.com 👀 TIRED OF LOOKING AT IT? Cracked, oil-stained concrete. A patio nobody sits on. A flat stucco front that looks like every other house on the street. You stopped noticing it years ago, but it is still the first thing you see pulling into your own driveway — and the first thing a buyer sees pulling up to it. Here is the part most people do not know: that crack is not finished moving. Water gets under the slab, the dirt underneath washes out, and the concrete keeps working itself apart from below. It never tightens back up. Just call us to demo it for you and put in some fresh new pavers or st 1, problem solved! ✨ WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE FINISHED We take the old concrete out, haul it away, and lay pavers over a base built to hold. A paver driveway does not crack across the middle the way a slab does — it is hundreds of separate pieces, so it moves a little instead of splitting. If a plumber ever has to dig, we lift the pavers and put the same 1 s back down. You cannot do that with concrete. St 1 and brick veneer do something a flat wall cannot do on its own: they throw a shadow. Stucco takes the light flat, so the front reads as 1 blank plane. St 1 catches light at the top of every piece and drops a shadow under it, making you feel like you got a brand new house. 🧰 WHAT IS UNDERNEATH IS THE JOB Any 1 can set pavers. What decides how the field holds up is the part you never see: the old slab out, the subgrade cut to depth, ABC base laid in and compacted. Always screeded to grade so water runs away from the house, not toward it. And if you want to bullet proof your pavers, we can lock up your joints with polymeric sand so the field stays tight and weeds and ants stay out. St 1 and brick veneer are no different — the magic is also underneath. On homes that are painted stucco on foam, we install metal lath, also called wire mesh, to add strength to the wall and increase the bond of the st 1 to your home. Wire mesh is the answer to will this last? We do not cut the base for pavers, or the mesh for st 1, to win a bid. If a price comes in well under ours, that is usually where the difference is, and it does not show up for a couple of summers. ⏱ WHY NOW Concrete and stucco do not get better on their own. Cracks spread, edges break down, and the more it comes apart the more of it we have to haul — so removal only gets more expensive the longer it sits. Get your quote today; the demo is usually more affordable than people expect. Stucco falling apart? Our mesh helps hold it together, and the st 1 covers what is underneath while adding strength over the chicken wire the stucco came with. 💵 STRAIGHT TALK ON PRICE Call and you get an owner, not a salesman. An owner walks the job with you, prices it, and an owner is there while it is built. We measure it, we price it, and we hand you the number in writing. No pressure and no today only. If the whole thing is more than you want to spend right now, say so and we will phase it for you — front walkway and entry this year, back patio next. Plenty of our jobs go out that way, and it beats doing it cheap and having to do it twice. 📷 Send a photo of the area and we can usually get you a ballpark before we come out. 1 from the street, 1 up close, and roughly how many feet across gets you most of the way there. ——— 🏡 A BETTER ST 1 COMPANY, INC. · 602-291-4777 · 🌐 azst 1 veneer.com ——— 🧱 PAVERS Paver driveways, and we remove the old concrete and haul it away. Patios, courtyards, walkways, stepping paths, side yards, pool decks, pool coping, steps, landings, borders, extensions, RV pads and firepits. Travertine, concrete, interlocking, marble, limest 1, granite, cobblest 1 and brick pavers, tumbled or non-tumbled. Belgard, Pavest 1, Acker-St 1 and Phoenix Pavers. Ask about travertine for anything around a pool — we will tell you how it compares to what you have now. 🪨 ST 1 VENEER House fronts, popouts, columns, mailboxes, archways, wainscot, gates and entryways. Interior accent walls, fireplaces, hearths, mantles, hoods, kitchen islands, wet bars and BBQs. Natural and manufactured st 1, ledgest 1, headers, fieldst 1, splitface, stacked st 1, flagst 1, cultured st 1, cantera and precast. Coronado, Eldorado, Cultured St 1 and Creative Mines. We do them all, from all suppliers. Already picked a st 1 We can get the same 1. We also do natural st 1 from all suppliers, including quartz, limest 1 s, shale and many more. Grouted or drystacked installs change the whole look, and most people do not know they get to pick. Drystack reads tight and modern with the st 1 butted together. Grouted reads older and heavier with the joint showing, and we can even overgrout for an even older look. We can bring samples and show you against your own wall, in your own light, before you commit to anything. 🧱 BRICK VENEER Thin brick and full brick, inside and out. House fronts, wainscot, columns, planters, mailboxes, chimneys, arches and entry surrounds. Interior feature walls, kitchen backsplashes, wine rooms, office walls and staircases. Running bond, stack bond, herringb 1, soldier and header courses. Old Texas Brick and Old Chicago Brick, custom cut bricks available, we can get it all. Brick reads warmer and older than st 1, and it is the right answer when a house is already brick and you are matching an addition, or when you want the look of an original 1920 s wall on a new build. Old or new brick can be whitewashed or mortar washed the same way st 1 can — see below. 🖌️ ALREADY HAVE ST 1 OR BRICK? WHITEWASH IT If the st 1 or brick is fine but the color is dated, you do not have to tear anything off. A whitewash — also called limewash, mortar wash or German smear — is worked over what you already have. It lightens a blend that reads too dark or too busy, softens an orange or pink cast, and can be laid on heavier for a genuinely old, European look. Same wall, same st 1, completely different house, and far less than a new install. We can sample a small area first so you see it on your own wall before we commit to the whole thing. 🔧 ALSO Wall caps, hearthst 1 s, sills, trim, st 1, brick and paver repair, remodels, new build, custom work. Sunken or settled pavers reset, joints re-sanded with polymeric sand. 📐 Have blueprints? We will quote st 1, brick or pavers from them for you too — you can find our email on our website. 👍 Small jobs, big jobs, no problem. 📍 SERVING Phoenix and the whole Valley including Peoria, Vistancia, Westbrook Village, Sun City, Surprise, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Verrado, Buckeye, Goodyear, Anthem, Cave Creek, Carefree, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia and Biltmore. 🏡 A BETTER ST 1 COMPANY, INC. 📞 Call or text Art 602-291-4777, to get a free quote today! 🌐 azst 1 veneer.com — see our work, or message us straight from our contact page ROC 249057 · ROC 215109 — licensed contractor, State of Arizona
