This is an AMAZING one-of-a-kind, custom-built sofa, which was specifically created to stage a 5-million dollar home, to help get the house sold fast. The fabric alone cost over $65 per yard, and the entire sofa cost over $10,200 to have made. The original plan was to sell it with the house, but the new owners already have their own sectional sofa that they plan to use instead. Since this sofa was only used to stage a home, it is basically like new. There was never any pets or smoke around it. It was never eaten on. So youd basically be getting a $10,000 large sectional sofa for less than a quarter of its real value. It was built in the U.S. from solid wood construction and the back and seat pillows are reversible and can be removed for cleaning, if the need ever arises. I also have many yards of extra fabric that matches this sofa for sale separately, if you wish to make more pillows out of it, or recover other furniture pieces in your home to match this sofa. The fabric retails for $65 per yard and I will add in however many yards you want for just $10 per yard. The upholstery fabric is soft and comfortable, but strong enough to handle a lot of wear and tear. It is done in a crocodile embossed beautiful coppery-bronze color. Because the fabric has a lot of texture and highs & lows in the color, it never shows any dirt or stains. You can literally spill soy sauce on this and blot it up and there will be no stain seen. It is the BEST fabric. All of the pillows are filled with tightly wrapped industrial foam so they hold their shape well and bounce right back to their firmness after being sat on for hours & hours. Each pillow has a zipper so you can remove the outer fabric for spot-treating or easy replacement if you get a bad stain or tear at any time down the road. The size of this sofa gives PLENTY of room for stretching out, and it is very comfortable for sitting. Easily holds 6-8 people on it. Great for parties. The shorter side easily unscrews from the longer, back side - for easy transport. This is a left-facing, 2 piece, L-sofa.
