Im selling a pair of vintage 1960s/70s Peavey 4x12 cabinets. In case youre unfamiliar with these they are speaker cabinets with (4)12in speakers in each one. Im just testing the waters before completely refurbishing them right now. They both work fine but have scuffs, dents and the speakers need cone repairs. The fact that all the speakers are original and work is great. The small tears in the cones can be repaired or the speakers can be reconed with kits. Theres one sticky wheel but I do have a replacement. Depending on the condition you want, theyre missing some corner guards and I think 2 rubber pads. I looked for these in line and couldnt find many let alone a set. If I go thru with refurbishing them, which would be pretty cool, theyll be listed on ebay. I have a lot more close-up pics and a couple videos if you want to see them. I thought everything might be getting a little confusing as it was having so many pictures. Ill sell the set now for $400 firm and someone else can enjoy making them their own. Txt is best, the craigslist email and chat seems to work fine too. NOTE: if you scroll about halfway down this page, you can see this exact amp. Or just search for Serial number never stamped. Sadly, the nice top panel in the photos is gone. This amp came to me with a faulty vib/trem effect, incorrect wiring for the Brilliance control, a cabinet that needed a lot of structural work, a missing back panel, and the chassis is bent in several places. I had these issues fixed locally, including reinforcing the cabinet, a new top panel for the back, and the chassis carefully straightened with support added. Both the power and output transformers are not original, but work and sound as they should. I have a Soursound output transformer (the best and most accurate current replacement) and large collection of NOS tubes from the 50s/60s available for additional cost. It is loaded with an April 1969 Celestion T1656 speaker, the 25 watt version of the famous silver alnico speaker. See last 7 photos. My price reflects the issues that I had fixed. This is a Conn New Wonder Soprano from the 1920s. I have gone through it and replaced pads and corks as needed, and set it up for top playing condition. No leaks, no lost action. This horn looks good cosmetically, with very little wear considering its age. It comes with what is probably the original case, in good condition, and a mouthpiece, ligature, and cap. Fender American Standard Telecaster made in USA with original hardshell case. Serial # shows it to be from the year 2000, Im pretty sure. I am the original owner and I have all the case candy that came with it , as well as the original white pickguard that came on it & the original input jack. ...its basically stock. All original electronics, pickups, volume pots, toggle switch etc. nothing has been changed. It has one little blemish on the lower corner/bottom bout, as shown in pic. It does have the Fender factory Delta tone electronics which is a detent at the end of the tone knob with engages when you turn it all the way up and then the circuit/signal goes straight through to the volume pot so it basically can cut the tone potentiometer completely out of the circuit signal. This is the MADE IN USA telecaster, not the cheaper made in Mexico, tex-mex,made, made in china, made in indonsia or lesser models like squire, bullet, etc etc. It has been a great guitar for me with that classic unmistakeable Tele tone.
