Huge 2-Room Suite Walks to Hopkins

I have a huge house, (over 3300 square feet), at 105 S. Wolfe St. in the Butchers Hill Upper Fell Point area. There are currently 4 roommates who have been sharing the home. But one roommate will be moving. I am the landlord and am trying to help them find replacement roommate. Of course you will get a chance to meet the other roommates before you move in. We want to make sure that everyone is comfortable with each other. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The space that will be coming free is the top floor front. It is a really large 2-adjoining room suite suite. One can be used for a private office/den space the other a bedroom. Each room is about 12x14. If you work or go to school at Hopkins JHMI is about 5 blocks away. We ar just a few doors from Ministry of Brewing and 4 blocks from Patterson Park If you are not familiar with the area you may want to check out the Friends of Patterson Park, and the Baltimore Sports and Social club websites. They can provide you with information about activities at the park ranging from the ice rink, tennis courts and swimming pool to free concerts, kickball, softball, volleyball, flag football etc. . .
