Rare Buddha, Foo Dogs, Dragon Smoking Pipe

I found a small article on a website called Worthpoint. They said it was Chinese. They bought it at a Japanese store. They believe it is from the 1900 and not sure what it was made of because they could not find another one to compare it to. I took pictures outside and inside to show as much as possible of this rare piece. I asked some friends of mine that are collectors about the grey part and they think that it was buried for a long time.
