2006 Chevy Silverado(blown head gasket?)

Was sitting unused for a couple years and then noticed milky oil on dipstick,Might have a blown head gasket, crankcase filled with milky water,will crank and run ,a/c blows ice cold ,body has some rust from being up north some of its life,lift gate not included,call/text 706-951-3941.clean title $1800
