Looks kind of dirty in the picture and a little wet, but that is because I had squirted off the dust before drying it. And the top part that is lifted up is a plastic protective cover that can be removed. Its really in great condition! 9l5-248-l923 I prefer texting because I keep getting a lot of scam calls.
