New in box Vintage 2 floor cottage doll house with furniture

It’s never open but the box is damage. It’s been stuck in the back of the shed for years. I didn’t open it to exam but the house seems partially constructed and in new condition with beautiful color. The box says it takes less than a hour to complete it. It’s a fun project to do with your child. Selling as is. The house is 23 H x 12 D.
