It was on a 2008 ford escape, and is 3 separate pieces that bolt together. Should fit 2005 to 2012 ford escape, mariner, and Mazda tribute. and likely could be adapted to others. no markings on it so no cross reference. because of the usage and being 3 bolted together pieces it is likely good for only lighter loads. text or call-- john cell 970-640-4804
