4 pieces, wrap is loose on the kick drum. 22 x 16 kick, 10 x 8 tom, 12 x 9 tom, 16 x 14 floor tom. Floor tom has legs, 1 tom mount on the kick drum is missing the bolt that holds it in place. Both mounts are there. Joseph 303-842-7982
