Aesthetically speaking, this unit is in near mint condition. 9.8 out of 10, it’s gorgeous. Functionality is 100%, not so much as a scratchy potentiometer. I have listened to it extensively with speakers A powering my listening room towers & speakers B powering my kitchen speakers. Zero issues, just clean, remarkable sound. This is definitely a keeper so I’m conflicted making this post but life these days is expensive. May be interested in partial trade for other quality audio equipment, gold, or silver. Any SX-980 in this condition is selling for $1,800-$2,500 on average. One actually sold for $4,500(pictured). Asking the low end at $1,800. Located in Sterling.
