A pristine original calligraphy by Thich Nhat Hanh, written on multi color rice paper and professionally framed/matted. This is a rare piece—Thay never used this particular phrase again. Each calligraphy contains tea from his cup, which he poured into the ink block. Materials include Chinese ink, rice paper from Hong Kong and Vietnam, and brushes from Japan and France. Provenance: Purchased in 2001 at Deer Park Monastery during their first fundraiser to renovate the property.
