This is an AMAZING one-of-a-kind, custom-built sofa, which was specifically created to stage a 5-million dollar home, to help get the house sold fast. The fabric alone cost over $65 per yard, and the entire sofa cost over $10,200 to have made. The original plan was to sell it with the house, but the new owners already have their own sectional sofa that they plan to use instead. Since this sofa was only used to stage a home, it is basically like new. There was never any pets or smoke around it. It was never eaten on. So youd basically be getting a $10,000 large sectional sofa for less than a quarter of its real value. It was built in the U.S. from solid wood construction and the back and seat pillows are reversible and can be removed for cleaning, if the need ever arises. I also have many yards of extra fabric that matches this sofa for sale separately, if you wish to make more pillows out of it, or recover other furniture pieces in your home to match this sofa. The fabric retails for $65 per yard and I will add in however many yards you want for just $10 per yard. The upholstery fabric is soft and comfortable, but strong enough to handle a lot of wear and tear. It is done in a crocodile embossed beautiful coppery-bronze color. Because the fabric has a lot of texture and highs & lows in the color, it never shows any dirt or stains. You can literally spill soy sauce on this and blot it up and there will be no stain seen. It is the BEST fabric. All of the pillows are filled with tightly wrapped industrial foam so they hold their shape well and bounce right back to their firmness after being sat on for hours & hours. Each pillow has a zipper so you can remove the outer fabric for spot-treating or easy replacement if you get a bad stain or tear at any time down the road. The size of this sofa gives PLENTY of room for stretching out, and it is very comfortable for sitting. Easily holds 6-8 people on it. Great for parties. The shorter side easily unscrews from the longer, back side - for easy transport. This is a left-facing, 2 piece, L-sofa. This no longer looks like the pictures It is now converted into a stunning example of flowing teak grains and design It has been restored and upgraded from its initial raw form of over $700 of pure teak into a showpiece It is now in the range of fine furniture with over 14 hours of work to redesign it, the surface, edges, etc And it now has ultra fine museum grade sanding and Danish teak oil Incredibly well-built, SOLID teak table which makes it nearly indestructible under most conditions MUCH bigger than the picture shows And WAY cooler in person The pictures make it look like a generic square table It is NOT It is a large and now gorgeous beast that is very well suited to many purposes And it now has dual locking double wheeled larger casters versus the little generic ones seen in this ad You cannot buy a solid teak table like this for less than $1,500 when it is in a generic form, let alone the new design and finish The teak used in this now costs over $700 as raw material 26 deep x 26 wide It has two possible heights at 28 or 30-1/2 It has very strong, dual locking double wheeled casters or wheels which are 2-1/2 high That makes the table a height of 30-1/2 Those unscrew in minutes so the table can go down to 28 tall and the legs will be planted solid on the ground. I will do that here if you want the wheels off ***** $1,800 OBO 818=37-.one--67nine=6 ***** It is not built like an outdoor teak table using cheap fittings. It was made using selected teak in a custom shop in Texas It uses slots cut into the main legs, so it is interlocking with mortise and tenon type connections It can be used INSIDE OR OUTSIDE under covered areas (technically weatherproof because of the teak but with a fine finish it should be under covered outdoor areas) The Danish teak oil gives it a fine and deep finish Or used outside but then it will lighten and turn gray over years. Then sanded and coated with OUTDOOR standard teak oil like patio furniture It is so thick and uses such good grain that it can probably sit outside or near wet environments for the next 40 years. It weighs 57 pounds. It was put on a scale because it is THAT solid and heavy in this small a space Insanely sturdy. It uses 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 thick, pure teak posts for legs. The top is just over 1 thick. So the boards would be called 5/4 or 1-1/4 thick boards. The framing beneath the table top is even thicker The teak in this table will cost someone over $700 just as raw pure teak which now costs around $65 per foot for 3/4 thick boards. This is thicker than that with ALL pieces including the center support With the wheels you can put a several hundred pounds on it. At 210 I stood on it and the new wheel ratings go to 600 pounds for 4.. With the wheels removed, you can probably put over a THOUSAND pounds on it.
