Generation IV GM Chevrolet 7.4454 Long Block Engine 197-019-9033 HP REMANUFACTURED. I have for sale a totally remanufactured long block engine. It has been red 1 by an ASE certified master engine machinist with the following brand new parts. New Oversize pistons New Oversize piston rings New main bearings New connecting rod bearings New seamless camshaft bearings New oil pump New 3 piece timing chain set New freeze plugs set New camshaft Full engine gasket set 16 New Flat Tappet Lifters We start with a well seas 1 d long block engine core. Disassemble it completely and put all the parts in a parts washing cabinet with hot water and soap at 180 degrees. Magnaflux to look for invisible hair line cracks on the engine block, cylinder heads, crankshaft and all 8 connecting rods. Remachine the connecting rods back to OEM specs. Regrind the crankshaft to 10/10 in most cases. The engine block gets bored to oversize to fit the new OVERSIZE pistons and rings and them is given a 2 stage plateau honing to maximize rings sealing and seating The cylinder heads get completely remanufactured starting with a complete glass beading bath to remove all of the contaminants like dry carbon, dirt, rust etc. After it is checked for cracks all of the valve guides will be drilled out and replaced with new thin wall bronze guide liners which will last 3 x better than original cast iron valve guides. Next the valve seats will get a 3 angle cut for better air and fuel flow. The valves will be cleaned, glass beaded, polished and then ground on a Kwik Way valve grinding machine. New Viton valve stem seals will be installed, and the valve springs will be tested before they are out back together. The cylinder heads then get put together with a complete vacuum test on every single valve to valve seat surface to assure 100 sealing for good compression once engine is running. The engine block gets a final wash to remove any residue of honing oil and/or grinding from the machining process. Then we install new Camshaft Bearings. After remachining and cleaning the crankshaft it gets fitted in the engine block with brand new oversize bearings, pistons get burnt into the connecting rods and ready for assembly, cylinder heads get torqued on the engine block and then we do a cold lash adjustment. A final oil pressure test gets d 1 and engine is ready for oil pan, timing cover valve covers and accessories and ready to be put back into the vehicle 12 months warranty. VITAL STATISTICS: VERY RARE: These have been refurbished, repainted in BLACK and adjusted and perfected to work well in your 1970s and possibly 80s vintage automobiles, but please check measurements, shape, configuration and fitment to be sure before buying since there are NO RETURNS on this item. These Illuminated mirrors measure approximately 26-1/2 from end to tip, meaning from the end of the vinyl visor to the end of the gray rubber mounting tip. They measure about 24-3/8 from the end of the gray rubber mounting tip to the centerline of the metal mounting bracket with the spring and electrical connection on it. The are approximately 6-1/8 tall (height) not including the metal mounting bracket. They have adjustable dual or possibly triple (but not guaranteed on the triple setting) intensity lighting capability depending on how you set the switch when you open the illuminated visor. The lights come on automatically upon opening the visor lid. These were originally made for Lincoln, Mercury, Ford, Cadillac Deville, Fleetwood and other GM Model vehicles but may also fit other vehicles (check specifications and PHOTOS in this ad and compare to your vehicles current arrangement and mirrors to confirm ALL DETAILS AND PROPER FITMENT). Again, to REPEAT...NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON THIS ITEM DUE TO THIS BEING AN ELECTRIC, MOVEABLE AND FRAGILE COMPONENT). These are a factory OEM product, not after market imitations. FUNCTIONALITY: These visors function as originally intended by the manufacturer. The bulbs were working properly when tested but may or may not work upon delivery due to shipping stress, but can be easily replaced or repositioned, if necessary. Just be very careful and gentle with the bulb lens covers. The plastic lens covers can crack very easily if not handled very delicately and carefully.
