Selling my $47,000 BTU propane outdoor patio heater with a full 20 lb propane tank for $120 OBO, the heater and tank new would be over $200, the only difference is that I removed about 12 inches of h 8 so that it would fit correctly under my apartment balcony ceiling without burning it, which actually improves its efficiency because when sitting in a chair the heat source is closer to you which allows it to be used at a lower setting, which conserves the fuel longer. $120 OBO, local sale only, cash in hand, I am in the North Plano area, as indicated by the map.
