This chest of drawers is a reproduction by the Lewisburg Chair and Furniture Company in Lewisburg PA.and is a Pennsylvania House Reproduction of an Independence Hall chest of drawers. I am not sure the exact date it was made but on the sticker in 1 of the drawers it was before we had zip codes and abbreviated state names since it still has Penn. instead of PA. It has been totally refinished and restored back to its original finish. I believe it is cherry wood. It has 3 large drawers and 2 small drawers and there are 2 drawers on the top of the chest of drawers. All the drawers are dovetailed and slide easily. The mirror is in excellent condition. The chest of drawers measure 44 wide x 20 deep x 36 high and is 73 high to the top of the mirror. This is a beautiful piece of furniture that would be a great addition to any bedroom and is now ready for a new home. The material is leather, leather seems to be in heavy use condition beforehand. There are noticeable scratches and marks on the sides and bottom of the chair, with white scratches on the leather material. Comes with a single cup holder built in the side of the chair. Yes the chair is comfortable. No I have no clue how much it weighs, its heavy for a chair. Leather seems to be peeling off on the sides more specifically the bottom parts of the chair due to constant use beforehand.
