It’s very much like vac u form products by Mattel from the early 60s. It’s made of a thin plastic and on the back it says “hand decorated”. It’s from the mid-late 1950s and in perfect condition. The scene is endearing to those of us who remember the old song “By The Old Mill Stream”. I can just hear it now looking at this gorgeous creation! The frame is sculpted real hardwood and there’s a hanger on the reverse side. The stamp on the back says “Ideal Creations of Southern California WALL DECOR items copyrighted hand decorated Los Angeles “. This vintage piece is in perfect condition.
