Centrella Pro Mattress, Narrow by Hill-Rom/Baxter. It is brand new, and in the original factory bag. It was ordered directly from the company because I was looking for a firm foam, hospital-grade mattress. It is too soft and spongy for me. So, it has never been used. FYI: As a hospital mattress, it is very long and narrow. It cannot fit on a regular bed frame. It requires a hard surface underneath it. It is not to be used with a box spring.
