Vintage rectangular teak dining table from the Brasilia collection by G-Plan, made in the U.K. circa early 1960s. It is on the narrow side, which is nice for smaller spaces, but it still seats six pretty comfortably and includes a leaf to expand for guests. The top has been refinished, and the table is in very good vintage condition with minor wear for age and use. Vintage Danish modern teak draw leaf dining table featuring book-matched grain, rounded edges on the top and leaves, and round, tapered legs. Its a clever design that is very convenient, as the leaves are self-storing and can be opened or closed by one person. The top and leaves have been refinished, and the table is in good vintage condition with some expected wear from age and use. The leaves dont match the top in color due to uneven use over the years. Almost certainly made in Denmark circa 1960s, but there are no makers marks. 52.75 long, 33.25 wide, 29.75 high. Vintage oval teak dining table with two leaves, designed by Nils Jonsson for Troeds and made in Sweden circa 1960s. This table is simply exquisite from its design to craftsmanship with lovely grain, solid wood extension rails, and legs that taper from rounded squares at the tops to round at the bottoms. Retains its original makers mark underneath inside the apron. Its in good vintage condition with some expected wear from age and use, mostly a few scratches on top. 61 long, 82.75 long including one leaf, 104.5 long including both leaves, 39.5 deep, 28.5 high. $2250. 8. For sale is a combination of an office desk and office chair that are intended to work together. The desk was manufactured by the Denka Mobler Furniture Company in Denmark in the 1970s. The desk is from the Danish / Scandinavian mid-century-modern (MCM) style of furniture, first made popular in the 1950s. Nearly all exterior portions of the desk are constructed of genuine teak wood veneer over MDF. There are four large and sturdy teak wood panels that make up the main structural elements of the desk, including the left-hand panel, the right-hand panel, the top-panel, and the back-panel. Due to the generous use of wood throughout, its an extremely heavy piece, weighing about 70 pounds. The entire desk measures about 52.25 wide, 25 deep, and 29.25 tall. The top surface of the desk measures 52.25 wide and 25 deep. The desk has two (2) pull-out drawers on the left-hand side. Each drawer pulls out on metal sliders. The interior space of each drawer measures about 15.75 wide, 16.5 deep, and 5.5 tall. The space underneath these drawers measures about 13.5 tall. The desk is in excellent structural and functional condition. All exterior and internal wooden support panels are excellent, with no bending, warping, or fatigue. The desk is rock solid. Cosmetically, the desk is also in excellent condition. There are some noticeable scratches, smudges, and water-stains on some exterior surfaces, especially the top panel. And there is some white-colored glue residue on the front left-side top panel, where the original trim piece fell off and was glued back into place. But these cosmetic issues dont detract from the beauty of the teak wood. Overall, the grain on all teakwood surfaces is excellent. Pictures 10, 12, 14, and 16 show the wood grain. Also included in the purchase is an office chair that is intended to work with the desk. The chair is a Lazy-Boy brand. Its a standard swivel-type office chair that rotates 360 degrees, lifts up to 4 in height, and rocks back and forth up to 10 degrees. It has five sets of caster wheel on the bottom that allows the chair to be mobile. Its mainly constructed of genuine leather for upper surfaces, fake leather for the back surfaces, along with a sturdy steel frame. This is a pretty sturdy chair that weighs about 30 pounds. When the seat cushion is in the lowest position, the chair measures about 28 wide, 30 deep, and 44 tall. At this lowest position, the seat cushion rests about 18 off of the ground. If you raise the chair to its highest position, the height of the chair increases to about 48 tall. At this highest position, the seat cushion rests about 22 off of the ground. The seat cushion measures about 21 wide and 19 deep. And the back rests measures about 21 wide and 26 tall. As with the desk, the chair is also in excellent structural and functional condition. It rotates, lifts, and rocks with ease. The lower wheels also allows for easy movement. But the chair is also rock solid sturdy if you want to be stationary. Cosmetically, the chair is in excellent condition. Overall, most leather surfaces are intact with no scratches, dents, smudges, or other significant imperfections. But there is some noticeable deterioration of the leather surface on both arm-rests and a small portion of the seat cushion. Picture 20 shows some of this leather deterioration. You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction. I prefer that you reach out via text message. Sending an initial email message is OK. But arranging pickup solely using email is not a feasible option for me. Eventually, youll have to text me to arrange a specific pickup or delivery time.
