Selling my Mahlkonig Peak, manufactured in 2019. It spent several years in cafe service before transitioning to home use, where it has lived an easy life since. Approximately 60,000 double shots on the counter, which puts it at less than halfway through the serviceable life of the 80 mm cast steel flat burrs. Everything works as expected, including programmed timing for single and double shots. Fluffy grinds, accurate timed dosing (+/- 0.5g) adjustable to 100th of seconds, and little mess. I have my double shots running about 4.5s to grind ~20g. One known issue: the screen is noticeably dim. It’s still visible when adjusting dose timing, but can be hard to read in normal operational mode. This doesn’t affect my home use at all, but may be worth addressing depending on how you plan to use it. The replacement screen is available from partstown.com, Mahlkonig’s official parts partner (confirmed with their customer service), and I’ve factored that into the asking price. If you’d prefer, I’m happy to replace the screen myself and sell for asking plus the parts cost.
