New $1000 black brown leather sofa 3 seater seat chair livingroom

Brand new unused sofa. Leather. Its technically very dark brown but basically appears black. Was $1,000+tax . Bought to stage house for selling as our cat destroyed last one to the point where it looked awful. No pets or people in house whilst we were selling. Sofa a bit dusty in photos but has not been sat on etc. I have the tag off of the sofa somewhere but still has plastic tags (just took off cardboard one as looked a bit weird for staging). sofa measurements 89 1/2 wide 37 deep 38 tall Can deliver locally if you come and look first and/or its pre arranged in some way - like phone call & eg v small deposit, just to check youre real etc, before we borrow a friends truck.
