Got them from Costco a few years ago. I lived in a smaller apartment at the time and have since moved into something larger. So I got a full size couch instead. This is a great piece in excellent condition. The surfaces you actually use and touch on the chair are real top grain leather ( the main cushion, armrests, everything you touch while sitting in it) The panels on the back and side panels you dont actually touch are some kind of fake leather perfectly color matched, which is why these arent 3,000 chairs. But you get all the durability of a top grain leather piece. If you are over 6 feet tall probably going to be less comfortable for you the taller you get. Someone 65 probably wouldnt like this. I got it into the basement of a 1932 hours with SMALL stairs and its very easy. 2 people can easily move it anywhere. My back is not what it used to be (slipped disk) so I cannot help you move the chair Im afraid. So youll need to bring the muscle. I have a Truck as well which Im happy to transport the Love Seat to your place. I can take them wherever but, if you live out in the middle of nowhere Im gonna make you pay for the gas. Truck only gets 10 MPG. You just need to put it into said truck. $400 I take cash / Venmo / Apple pay / Zelle whatever.
