Extraordinary navy leather ( Louis XVI / Regency style / Gustavian ) carved armchairs - Frames are made of stunning satin birch with seatbacks upholstered in soft, pliable, embossed Moroccan leather. Seats are classically constructed - and perpetually enduring - with hand tied springs. Please note the carved floral medallions and, particularly, the attention to detail of the reeded insert on the lower legs. Brass nailhead trim throughout. One chair has a 1\2 inch piece of trim missing from the lower arm. If you admire Furniture that is enduringly classic, these chairs are for you.
