Tall, Dark, and handsome! This vintage midcentury modern tallboy dresser is unique and absolutely gorgeous. It was manufactured in the 1950’s by American Of Martinsville and features a total of 7 drawers, all of which have been lined in a geometric white and gold drawer liner. The second drawer down has fixed position drawer dividers. It retains its original and unique mid century drawer pulls, and just look at that V shaped base…it’s a very cool MCM design! We have just refinished it in a two tone color palette of deep black on the majority of the piece and natural mahogany on the upper 3 drawers, the top, and base. The mahogany has been stained in a rich walnut tone and finished with several coats of durable lacquer. The drawers are ample, offering plenty of storage, and can you think of a better way to store your stuff than in this one of a kind beauty? It is in very good condition, not perfect - after all it is 70 years old, but it is sturdy and made of all wood - no pressboard here - just a good vintage all wood dresser refinished and ready to last another 70 years!
