Modern 12 amp Vitamix juicer, grinder, with 48oz polycarbonate container, and new plug for the lid. The low profile container has a patented vortex shape, forcing the mixture to fold into itself. It has variable speed control, with a large knob, and pulse function. The blades are not sharp, everything is crushed, so that pulp extraction is not necessary. Made in USA, and that means thicker copper windings, because USA has the most copper, and China must get their copper from us; so, it should last forever. Vitamix is also family owned. Their idea was to come up with a machine strong enough to make ice cream. Included is the Creations Recipe book. The price is very reasonable, as it originally sold for over $400 -459.
