The Hotel Zeus TV stand is a design of Ron Arad - a postmodern-Memphis Milano pyramidal style masterpiece. It was manufactured by Zeus Noto in Italy in 1992. Ron Arad exhibited at many major museums and galleries throughout the world and his work is considered definitive within public collections of contemporary design, including those at the Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris; Metropolitan Museum of Art, N.Y; Victoria & Albert Museum, London and the Vitra Design Museum, among many others. The conical steel metal base is mounted on invisible casters and glides smoothly and easily. The prongs of the platform are wrapped in soft foam, while the conical base hides caster wheels for easy movement. The entire trolley is made of power coated black metal. Could also be transformed into a display table with the addition of a top (glass or rubber would stay put on the foam rubber covers of the prongs). I have seen photos of this trolley with a small box contraption specially made to extend the flat surface for holding larger sized equipment and allow modern thin screen TVs to work with this piece (last photo shows a box added to the cart to hold a modern thin screen) - in fact, the modern version of this has been reengineered to do so. The black tray top shown is NOT included in the sale. Would be an amazing display for an art sculpture, art book, a vase or a plant stand. Can also use as shelving for oversized books. Zeus has recently adjusted this version for plasma TVs. This unit retailed for over $1000 in early 90’s (was sold by Ligne Roset/Adesso locally in Boston). These pieces are snapped up in auctions and you can find it on 1stdibs site for over $1600 plus ship. This one is in PERFECT, NEW condition - not a mark or scratch on it as we bought two of these new in box from a collector last year and just took it out of the box, but have not found a place for them, so they both remain brand new. Signed with decal manufacturers label to underside: Zeus Made in Italy. If youre a Broyhill Brasilia fan, you realize how rare this particular piece is - the 72 oval walnut sofa/dining table - aka the Harvest table. In all of my years of restoring Brasilia furniture, this is the only one Ive come across so its as rare as it is beautiful! Official Broyhill Brasilia product number 6140-46 (stamped on bottom), quite versatile as it could be used as a sofa/side or dining table. Circa 1960s, Ive refinished many Broyhill tables over the years and this one came out absolutely stunning - the walnut tabletop is now in fantastic condition. OVERALL CONDITION: Recently completely restored and given a new protective finish to both protect this beauty for the next 30+ years and give it a lovely, period-correct satin sheen. Tabletop walnut woodgrain/condition is quite lovely, hopefully the photos do it proper justice as I took pics in different lighting to showcase its pristine condition. As with all vintage furniture, there are some small very signs of wear/patina throughout that I have already addressed/blended...this one presents beautifully overall though. iPhone 4 in great condition. Battery still charges and holds a charge. I am the original owner and had it in an Otterbox case from the time I got it til now. Case comes with it. Great for just doing wifi or as an MP3 player and camera. It has been wiped and reset. Great for a younger kid for music, camera and chat on wifi. This has 16GB of storage. Now in the old iPhone 4, the OS would would count storage in binary, but the iPhone physically has -counts- in decimal, so it shows as Available 12.5GB.
