When we bought it, we placed an Easy-Going 100% Waterproof Loveseat Couch Cover on it to protect it from the cats; however, they were able to get through that a bit and get to the upholstery underneath (as you can see in the photos). Quite comfortable and it was well made, so it has lots of life left to it. Pick up at my house near 2102 Main St, Lititz, Pennsylvania, the Rothsville Mini Mart, or if you are in need of delivery, I could do that for another $10.
