The purple slag glass has vintage charm, the dolphin handles are not only functional but elegant. The knob on the lid looks like its the pointed top part of a pinecone. Perfect for collectors. No exterior chips, cracks or crazing. (There is a small, very small, chip on the inner part of the lid that fits inside of the base. Its so small I couldnt get a picture that shows it. I only realized it was there when I ran my finger around the edges checking for imperfections.) -The slag glass shows blue when a black light is on it, I havent tried it, only have the picture.
