Sales Representative

Big Country sales professionals — if you know how to close and you’re used to earning commission, this is worth a conversation. We’re expanding our in-home sales coverage across the region and adding experienced commission-based closers to the team. Customers contact us directly through national advertising. Appointments are scheduled for you. No cold ing. No door-to-door prospecting. This role is built for professionals with prior big-ticket or 1--close sales experienceroofing, remodeling, HVAC, etc.. Requirements: • Previous commissi 1 d sales experience required • Ability to run 23 in-home appointments per day • Full-time availability • Reliable transportation • Professional presentation skills This position is not entry-level. Compensation: • $25 per completed appointment presentation • Commission per sale • Weekly income varies based on performance, with strong reps commonly earning $2,000$3,500 per week Structured training is provided.
