Will work on most all of Fords 4.0 v6 including Lincoln Mercury and others for sure. Specifically out of a 2002 Ranger, these used NGK plugs look so good, I decided to save them as backups or to replace some nasty China plugs. Dont get me started, ah ha. Text 242-83two4 If you have an old 4.0 v6 with nasty plugs, this is a cheap fix, these used ngks, I would take over a junk new fire plug any day.. Wrenching since the 70s, Ive seen my share of nasty plugs. As pictured.. 6 used NGK plugs for 10 bucks. Beats a bucket full of new junk plugs. I gapped them to match the Bosch plugs, I am not a fan of these new excessive gaps such as 0.062 to 0.065 , I usually tighten it up a bit. How does gap effect the arc voltage? Also, I changed the difficult ones, 3 passenger side, as the (other) mechanic only changed the easy 3 on the drivers side, if you need help, let me know. They are tricky on the passenger side. Frickin a/c always in the way. Carry on.
