I disassembled and serviced the starter motor, cleaning the commuter, and greesing the bendex gears. greased and, oiled everything I could get at, which is time consuming, replaced any missing hardware and adjusted the cable adjusters as needed.. Made repairs as needed. (restoration as needed, such as going through the carb while I was right there, accessable, covers off, resurfaced the valves, they looked like new!, the cylinder is in excellent shape!. The Tecumseh 5 horse is popular with snow blowers of this size and is known for its easy starting in cold weather, Started with the electric start also. consider, I put alot of good work into this machine, bringing it back from disrepair. Replaced the OEM headgasket and cleaned everything up. Often times they come with a 5 horse, so it should have enough power for its size. 24 swath, It is a large 10 auger throat. This is a preferred 2 stage snowblower with manual shoot adjustment which works as it should. As pictured. End of season clearance. I may fix the governor later(big job as the case needs to be opened). (Currently manual throttle adjustment, governor inoperable) Or use it as is. (The main advantage of the governor is to (automatically) open the throttle up when the engine bogs down in deep snow, you would just turn up the idle screw at this point.) John.

Work mobile, on your own schedule! This is a great mobile side hustle or full time gig, especially in populated areas. You can get accounts with rental car companies, fleet, auto repair shops, insurance companies or you can setup a tent at a mall parking lot. This includes everything you need to operate a chip and crack repair business. There are some other items you can add as a preference like ladders, step stools, etc. You can start today. When I started I ordered 3 different brands, compared them all side by side and liked this one the best. These injectors provide amazing vacuum and pressure. Setup includes 2 different injectors (produce both vacuum and pressure) Several crack spreader bars Delta moisture evaporator 17 resin bottles w different cps ratings, tints from different manufacturers 3 diff types of hood covers UV bubble shield UV cover blanket 4 UV curing lights Extra light batteries Glass drill, 40 extra bits Dremel for vibrating glass to help resin flow Misc lubes, polish, hydrophobic, etc Curing tabs, seals, o rings, etc I am sure I am forgetting things. I have $2500+ into the setup. The resins are kinda pricey but last quite awhile. On average they run about $40 -$60 a bottle. I was getting $100 to $150 per repair + $25 per additional chip. Fleet repairs were typically $75 per repair plus $25 per additional chip. $1500 I am in the Glenwood springs area and can meet in Vail if traveling up from Denver.
