Assistant/Apprentice Auto Glass Installer

Our reputable family owned and operated glass shop on the Central Coast is looking for an assistant auto glass technician who is excited to learn a new and specialty trade and be a part of our expert auto glass team. We are offering a starting wage of $18-25/hourdepending on experiencefor error-free workmanship and efficiency, medical benefits including full dental and vision, 401 K retirement, paid vacation and holidays and more. Our business is based on customer and insurance referrals, so the highest quality service and installations is a must. We have a great, professional team, offer an awesome work environment! Ideal candidate has experience with auto body work and/or working with tools with a mechanical mind, plus has a passion for cars and customer service. Our shop specializes in unique projects that include hot rods and RV glass, too, this is an incredible opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and get paid to do so. Some tools will be provided along with installation materials; however, it will be expected that apprentice technicians obtain their own tools over time as they learn the trade and move into a lead position. Must be willing to wear clean work uniform every day, have excellent references, doesn’t swear, loves to work on a team, great attitude and communication, no redo’s and can start immediately!
