In This Role, Youll: Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers Must be able to handle packaged Chicken, Beef, or Pork products. MUST be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation 100% touch freight Drivers average 10-15 stops per day OVERNIGHT DRIVING, and dispatch times are between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., depending on your route. HOME DAILY, NO LAYOVERS!! Schedule is four (4) days per week, with the possibility of a fifth (5th) day, 12-14 hours per day. What Youll Bring: A valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience preferred MUST have touch freight experience Ability to lift 5–75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers) Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations. Pay & Benefits: • Pay: Drivers are paid under a component-based structure that varies by client and route with average annual earnings typically ranging from $88k– $130k.
