It includes the hard case, charger and as well as Kamerar pico plate and dual handles. The encoders definitely make this gimbal fantastic since it allows you to physically move your camera and keep it locked in a certain position! I can help you with balancing it if you bring your camera as well. Works great on mirrorless cameras like the Panasonic GH5 and Sony a7s.
