I am selling a nice 8 pc. Vintage Wood Kitchen/Dining Room Set - Good condition. ~ On back of table - #405-72. Lot - 44-1-415. (Manufacturer: unknown). Set looks like Queen Anne or French Provincial style. ~Set consists of the following pieces: 1 - 60 (without leaves) Scalloped Oval Dining Room TABLE that measures: 41.5 width, x 60 Length, x 30 top to bottom. 4 Curved Solid Legs. (med. Red Oak -not sure). Picture shows with 1 12 leaf inserted. Shows different shades or brown on top. **Note: Scratches on top, but otherwise in good condition. 3 - 12 Solid Wood LEAVES- (one is inserted in table to show). Each measure: 12 wide by 41.5 width. If all inserted - table extends to 96 (large table for lots of family and guests). -Good condition. (with leaves - table can easily seat 8-10 people). 4 - CHAIRS - Each scalloped at top, curved legs; armless. Nice Wicker Center Back Newly upholstered Fabric on each chair and scotch- guarded for protection. Each measure: 21 left to right, x 19 front to back, x 40 top to bottom. All chairs are in great condition, except 1 back has a little hole in the to wicker area as shown). I have a Rheem outdoor Tankless gas water heater for sale. It works great! It appears to be about 15 years old, there is a little rust up near the top vent but I couldnt really get a good picture of it. This can be something you install and use for the next few years, or if you already have one it will be a good source for parts. We are refinishing our garage and the lines went across the walls/ceiling. Decided to go back to a standard (tank) water heater as the cost for a new water heater was comparable to the cost to move the lines into the walls.
