Vtg MCM pair Outdoor metal Chairs (Woodard?) perfect condition

I’m offering for sale a beautiful pair of vintage outdoor chairs, they have movement and style, they are strong and lightweight. No rust, no cracked welds, they’re completely ready for use. I’m guessing they were made by Woodard, but I’m not sure. They measure each; 24 inches wide x 21 inches deep x 31 inches tall, the seat is 17 inches from the floor.
