Worth It Farms is proud to announce Cotton Patch goslings orders are OPEN for 2026! This endangered breed is really ideal for homesteading. Smaller than the big meat breeds and much more efficient. Calmer than the foreign breeds. They are typically 10-12 lbs as adults, allowing them the option to fly from predators if needed. But, the meat is enough for a holiday roast and the taste is amazing! The are exceptionally heat tolerant and prefer grass to vegetable patches (well expect maybe collards, lol). They make excellent parents and can hatch and care for their young at 2 year old.
