Property Porter

Huntington Glen Apartments is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team and help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of our community. Position Overview: The Porter plays a key role in ensuring the property remains clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing for residents and visitors. This position is essential to maintaining strong curb appeal and supporting daily property operations. Responsibilities include: Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including walkways, breezeways, parking areas, and amenities Pick up trash and debris throughout the property on a daily basis Assist in maintaining the overall curb appeal of the community Support maintenance team with additional tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions Prior porter or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required How to Apply: Please email your resume to Jose at Huntingtonmanager@madisonreg.com
