Custom made twin bed for kids room. Had 2 of these built for my boys when they were smaller. Now, they are not small and I am ready to have the bedroom back! They are 2x4 and 4x4 construction. Tough was the motive! All these years later the polyurethane is still holding up. 41.5 wide by 87 long, fits twin mattress (and mattress with box spring) with room to wiggle it around so you can change the sheets. Top of bed rail is 53. Storage at head is 30 high, 9 deep. Over all height is 117. Built so that it could be cut down in height, but keep in mind that the ladder is 21 wide/ 3.5 deep and 60 high. Ladder can be attached at the end or on the side. I am looking for the key to the storage box, but after all these years, doubtful I will find it. I am looking for $600 each, but will negotiate.
