Need HELP with an activation issue. Looking for a reputable tech to activate this new phone for Visible wireless. I can make calls and text but cannot get data/internet without wifi. Phone works fine with wifi. Needs a software upgrade. Also might be an issue with APN protocol? Please email me if you know a good, honest tech or shop to help me.
