We are selling a Step2 Clubhouse Climber playhouse This playhouse sells new for $1300 after tax and shipping We are selling ours for $500 and it is still in very good shape, nothing broken or damaged. It could use a few extra bolts (which you can get for a few bucks at a hardware store) though it works fine as is. It comes fully apart into sections which are easily moved by one person and can fit in a minivan or a smaller car if you make a couple trips. I can possibly help deliver it very locally for a reasonable fee.
