PART TIME Grow With Us! This is not your typical shop - Open for many years with a very hight google rating we now are no longer working on the publics vehicles and have closed our retail locations! The new space is still in the process of being set up but the work has started! We have ONE main customer where we repair: :Older vehicles :Bobcats :Tractors :Trailers :Generators :Tires This customer is our main focus, however if you are looking for more opportunities, they are there. About the Shop Space: Four-post lift, tire equipment, air compressor Insulated, wood-fired heat, hot water Separate office/tool area + private bathroom Clean, secure, fully functional space on a private gated property with parking We are looking for: Someone who can fix things - THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR NEWBIES Solid experience (automotive, heavy equipment, ect) Reliability, initiative, and pride in your work Experience of some kind (self-taught OK) Red Seal tend to be more for the dealer then the farms. This is far from dealership life! If you are darn good then I will pay more. The wage could also be flexible as to what I can bill the client for. (tire jobs are worth less then mechanical repair or welding as an example) Non money related job benefits: Real opportunity for growth. With this mainly as a one customer shop it means that we can work around other work schedules for the right person. Super laid back environment. I am sure I do not sound laid back. However, once I know I have a good person on my team I know when to back off. I want this shop to be your space as much as it is mine.
