Hello, I have a Simplex brand, model 310A-2 Railroad or House Jack for sale. 1930s era patent model. Made by Templeton Kenly & Co. Heavy cast iron construction, ratcheting mechanism with good teeth, low (toe) and high (saddle) lifting points, 14 operating range, 15-ton capacity. It works. Its in original unrestored condition.
