Samsung Refrigerator

The refrigerator is very clean and not too old. It comes on and the fresh food section gets cold but the bottom doesnt completely freeze. The blower fan doesnt seem to be coming on. I just dont have time to fix it plus the wife doesnt like wiping smudges off anymore and basically wanted a new one.
