Beautifully illustrated in color. . -This is really two books in one, with the other titled, The Rhyme Book -Recently found when unboxing ladys Great Grandparents storage box - was her Mothers as a little girl. -Measures 10 x 8 f. The Story of Nig, Toodles and Meddler - from 1913. Asking $50.00 -Very scarce book; shows two stamped copyright dates of 1908 and 1913 -Other than the books exterior spine, the book is in remarkable condition. No torn or ripped pages, with all 44 pages intact a set firmly in the book. -Highly illustrated in beautiful colored characters -The first two thirds of the book relate to the story of three kittens, one black called Nig, one striped called Toodles and the other, called Meddler. The last one third of the book relates to a story titled, Bobbies Summer in the Country. -The 44 pages are not numbered, show only light wear with two pages (see photos) having what look to be light penciled marks
