Bought this a few years ago and just never mounted it. Its old school and very well made. The arms are solid steel and the yellow coating on the hooks is perfect. (weighs almost 3-lbs) Its very strong and can hold up to 40-lbs if you mount it correctly. Mounts on any wall or the ceiling. On a wall the arms fold flat when not in use. If you mount it lower on a wall its perfect for doing maintenance on your bike. Includes 4-hollow wall anchors, the instructions, the folding hooks, and the wall plate. Some assembly required.
