****Beware...... Do not use J&N Auto......Beware****

I hired J&N auto on 04/13/2025 to replace my upstream O2 sensor on a 2007 Prius. They showed up on time, started quickly but as I was watching through the window I could tell Noah and his partner were struggling to get to the part off. Then they left for 45 minutes to get a tool to remove the sensor but the auto stores are literally a half a mile away so not sure why it took so long. When I went out to inspect the work done so far I noticed the brand new 02 sensor mangled with the hood on it but I thought it was the old sensor removed. Well it wasnt, they ruined and stole the new $212 upstream 02 sensor and never even got the old on off. They never started my car or test drove the car which should have been my red flag to drive the car before payment because within 5 mins of driving the car stalled was getting 12 mpg (Prius get 50 MPG) and I was able to crawl back home. I had the car towed to a reputable repair shop called Interstate Auto Care where they sent me a very detailed report showing that the 02 sensor wasnt replaced and they mangled the wires making the part useless. J&N Auto lied, stole, didnt even accomplish any work, charged me $150 and stole the $212 part. I have called, text, and left vms but no reply unless I call from a different number. They did answer from a didnt number and said they would come make it right, which to me is giving me a refund of $150 and the part or the $212 returned. Do not use these guys as youll need up in the same situation as me. Now Im paying $650 to have it done properly which I should have done in the first place. I called, text, and left nice messages to no avail so Im publicly putting this out there to let you know that they are criminals. I have called the Royal Oak police, filed a report and seeing what the next options are. If anyone else has had issues with this company please reach out so more police reports can be created and STOP Noah and his partner from ripping off any more people. J&N Auto please reach out to refund the money, the value of the part, and I will remove this ad. Thank you.
