Chef and Business Partner Wanted

I am looking to purchase a small 25 seat fully built out restaurant with availability of 15 additional seats outdoors. A 60,000 salary and profit sharing will be offered to the right candidate. A minimum of $10,000 investment will be required to become a partner with profit sharing. I have 18 years of very successful experience of being a full time restauranteur and call also fill in as Chef if be needed. Beer and Wine License will be included with restaurant. Great location and rent is only 2500.
