Hitachi Automatic Home Bakery II

A fantastic breadmaker and all original instruction books. Including the Hitachi list of different recipes for over 30 different breads. We loved this when we bought it and ever since, but honestly as our family got more into school sports, we had less time to putz around in the kitchen. I tell you this, because we probably used it less than 10 times, so it is practically new. I loved mixing the ingredients into the holder on fri. and sat. nights setting the timer to start the process about 4:00am, and the fresh bread smell would fill the house by 7:00am and we would all have fresh bread of our choice and have time to enjoy it. We have had it under our kitchen counter unused long enough, and someone else should enjoy the fun and ease of this terrific machine. I am the man of the house, and do not cook, but I love to bake.....crazy huh? Love to make the cinnamon rolls that are as good as Cinnabons. This unit will make the dough for you, but be warned......once you make those and the kids get them, be prepared to make them until they leave the nest.
